SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Please refer to the PostNL calculator - webpage available in Dutch, French, and English.

Select the country of destination from the dropdown menu and follow the instructions.

Orders outside of the EU may be charged additional taxes upon arrival in the country of destination. Please consult your local tax authorities for the relevant information before placing your order.

Our delivery costs mirror those of the courier, we are not charging additional fees for shipping.

PostNL is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Should this not be possible, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Post NL office/depot (for deliveries within the Netherlands) and/or to the depot of PostNL’s affiliates (for deliveries in countries other than the Netherlands). We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by re-or.com, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Please note that shipping times indicated are approximate and due to the current pandemic, some deliveries are taking longer than usual. RE-OR will not be responsible in case of a longer shipping time.
